VIP questions
I'm already a KOCF VIP. Do I need to join again?
No — your KOCF VIP membership already works on Carbon Care. Just sign in on carboncare.us with the same email you use for your KOCF account, and your tier discount and shipping benefits apply automatically. No second membership and no extra charge.
How do I get free shipping?
VIP Silver and Gold members unlock free shipping on the entire CarbonCare website. If you are an existing VIP Bronze member, contact us for a free upgrade to a higher tier.
When can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime after your third membership payment. Due to our unbeatable offers, in many cases we lose money initially by giving immediate access to a gift card, huge discounts and rewards. But we do gain a valuable member. Email or live chat to request a cancellation.
How does the cash back work?
Earn 20% cash back on monthly payments and 2% cash back on all purchases. Cash back is awarded as points. Access your points & rewards by clicking the trophy icon on the bottom left.
How do I enter the monthly giveaways?
Every member is automatically entered to win over $1,000+ every month. Winners are selected using a random number generator on instagram live. You do not have to be present during the live. Winners are contacted via email. VIP Bronze gets 1 entry, Silver gets 2, and Gold gets 3.
When do I receive my gift cards & unlock exclusive access?
Immediately! Your VIP access is recognized within about 10 minutes of joining. Contact us via live chat and we can help you maximize your benefits.
